Included in Congress fee:: Access to all sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks and lunch 4 June.

Other social programs, get-together, congress dinner, tour activities, and accommodation are optional and can be booked through the conference registration.

Full payment is due upon registration using a VISA or MasterCard credit card. Online payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to  kristjana@atconferences.is 
Cancellations before 15 March 2026 will receive a full refund, less ISK 12.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 15 March 2026, but changes can be made at any time. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 4 weeks before arrival date. Neither the organizers of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from fluctuations in exchange rates. Service fee for all changes is ISK 5.500,-
